A property development brand identity for Luchon Villa, a new development in South Liverpool from Regenda Group’s Redwing and located in one of the UK’s most desirable neighbourhoods, just 250 metres from Lark Lane. The development is in walking distance of the historic and magnificent 235 acre, Grade 1 Sefton Park, which boasts a boating lake, cafes & playground – a both Green Flag and Green Heritage site.

We created a vibrant brand identity that accentuates life through engaging copy and the colourful visual backdrop of parkland foliage. This is a brand aimed at young professionals who have an admiration for wildlife or open spaces, and who enjoy the social wonders of cultural diversity. The language captures the eyes and ears of young professionals, young couples and those who appreciate the contrast of peaceful days relaxing in the park, culinary adventures and lively evenings in one of the city’s focal points – Lark Lane.

The very fitting format of the broadsheet sales brochure is presented in a recycled book box with a ‘summer meadow’ seeded and biocompostable welcome card.

The printed literature is supported by an accessible digital brochure and social media campaign.
